AI can feel intimidating or hard to get your head around. It doesn't have to be.
We are not full-time AI trainers. We are knowledge professionals with decades of leadership, research, training and administrative experience, who use AI every day in our work. Some of that work sits at the frontier of what these tools can now do, including research that would have been technically out of reach only a few years ago. That kind of hands-on practice is what lets us separate hype from what is actually useful in real work.
Drawing on that, we teach you to think like an advanced (non-technical) AI user, with the practical fluency to use AI well in your own work over the long term.
Our training is principles-led rather than tied to any single tool. We'll deliberately give you exposure to a range of them, partly because understanding their different strengths and limits is good practice, and partly because the tools themselves will keep changing. We can teach you which buttons to push with today's tools, but it is the underlying principles, knowing how to think about AI rather than just operate it, that will still serve you long after those tools have moved on.
